
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and received my MS in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2000. I have training in the areas of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Existential-Phenomenological Therapy. I maintain a clinical practice serving mostly young adults and adolescents. I serve as the President of the Board of Directors for Kids’ Council Northwest, an organization that provides support and resources to youth experiencing grief and loss from the death of a parent, caregiver or sibling. I have volunteered with Camp Willie and Treehouse, programs that support children and families who have experienced a death. I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years.
